Local Priorities Drug dealing/ drug use Message

I wanted to provide an update regarding drug dealing / drug use, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

From King’s Cross, we are aware of community concerns around drug dealing and the impact this can have on safety and quality of life. While this issue sits alongside a range of competing demands, officers continue to take action where opportunities arise, using patrols, intelligence submissions, and partnership working to disrupt drug‑related activity and address associated anti‑social behaviour. We encourage residents and businesses to continue reporting information, as this helps inform our approach and supports proportionate, targeted policing in the area.

We are committed to tackling drug dealing wherever we find it. We will keep you updated on our efforts to do this in your area, but if you have any concerns or evidence, it is important you report this as soon as possible.
